Utah Gossip

Unfortunately, Utah may not be keeping up with the nation’s education. Utah seems to be below the national average of people with college degrees or higher education.

In fact, an article from last year says that two stores decided against opening stores in Utah because only 28% of Utah’s population holds college degrees (they prefer 35%). One of those stores was The Cheesecake Factory, which although it didn’t open in the Gateway as planned it did eventually open at Fashion Place. Maybe if more people graduate soon, we’ll evenutally have a Crate and Barrel store too.
