Utah Gossip

So I’m trying to figure out what the deal is with a little business-card-looking ad I got on my door regarding a site for Moms in Utah County. The site looks good enough, but I don’t really understand what their end goal is. It looks like they have an affiliate link, but then in the code, there doesn’t appear to be anything that they’d be able to monetize it on.

Call me a skeptic, but most people don’t make a community site and then advertise it without some type of hope for compensation. So what are they looking for? It’s a mystery.
