Try waterboarding and other interrogation tactics.
A supervisor at Prosper, Inc. (a motivational coaching business located in Provo) is accused of waterboarding an employee as part of a demonstration. The suit (filed by the alleged employee/victim) also alleges that management allowed supervisors to “draw mustaches on employees’ faces, take away their chairs and beat on their desks with a wooden paddle” (as reported by the Salt Lake Tribune), as ways to motivate workers and increase sales. Prosper’s president claims the exercise was completely voluntary and thoroughly explained to the employee before he participated. The employee was also told he was free to get up if he wanted.
Has anyone ever had any experience with Prosper?
