Everyone is familiar with the store Spencer’s Gifts, found in shopping malls throughout the nation, right? Admit it, you used to go in there when you were fifteen with all your friends and giggle about all the ridiculous crap sold there.
As reported by KSL, police raided the Spencer’s store in the Layton Hills mall after receiving multiple complaints about indecency. 15 boxes full of “stuff” (sex toys, games, food, etc.) were taken from the store because mall patrons were complaining about the products. Authorities are currently investigating to determine if any of the questionable items were sold to minors.
Now, if explicit or indecent items were sold to minors, that is against state statutes and Spencer’s employees should face the consequences…but, if not…give me a break! If edible panties and furry handcuffs don’t float your boat, you don’t have to go in the store!

I disagree that the employees should face the consequences unless they have directions from corporate to card minors.
This is probably a management problem where the employees were not trained properly - the company should be fined and all managers should be required to hang one of those fat chick calendar’s in their office for a year

But what about the moms who have to walk by the store while their 8 year old is asking what the furry cuffs are for? That’s not really fair, either.

Man, that store is so ridiculous. Don’t get me wrong, I love the fart joke stuff. That stuff is classic. But the perverted stuff can go. I agree, poor mothers that have to explain furry handcuffs. Sad.
Maybe they could hang sheets in front of the store windows so that way you don’t have to see that junk unless you decide to go in. Yep, I think that will solve all the problems! :0)
