Mitt Romney has officially announced the drop of his presidential bid today in a speech at a conservative convention in Washington. Romney said he made the decision because he feels if were to prolong his campaign, it would hurt the Republican party and McCain’s ability to defeat the Democratic opponent in the upcoming general election.
No doubt there are hearts heavy with disappointment and defeat all over Utah (Romney won Utah’s primary by nearly 90%).

great… this years election will really leave us with some choices… not. i think if i vote this year im just going to close my eyes and pick whichever candidate my finger is closet to.

I think CNN has this little quiz to help you figure out who you should vote for. It asks for your opinions on different issues. At the end, it gives you your first three choices of who you should vote for. I took it…My first two have already dropped out. My third choice is Obama apparently. No thanks. I think I will stick it to the man and NOT vote for Obama.
But then again, I haven’t really done enough research on my own to figure out whose views align the most with mine.
