The kid pulled a stupid prank, but it's certainly not something he should have to register for! Utah lawmakers need to wake up. The sex offender registry is for sexual predators, not streakers. By having every person register for every minor offense, that takes away from the purpose of the registry - informing the public about DANGEROUS sex offenders! Gimme a break! That is so lame!
