I was very upset recently by a negative experience with C and W Insurance and Gloria Westphal in Orem, UT. Their negligence in informing my wife and I of a change we had to make to our insurance has cost us thousands of dollars and the best I could get out of them was a weak apology.
In a service-based industry, when you make a mistake that costs a client thousands of dollars, it seems like there should be some sense of responsibility taken when you are at fault. So, boo on Gloria Westphal. If my company’s policy didn’t happen to start *just* before the baby was born, we’d be even deeper in debt for a mistake we didn’t make (that’s the silver lining to a sad story).

I have been with them for years and have never had any issues. She is always extremely nice when we need to add or remove cars, change providers, or anything at all.
